Bob Gomez has been investing in Arizona real estate for over 20 years. Prior to entering the real estate world, Bob spent over 2 decades in technology sales and management at companies such as Xerox, Cisco, and Adobe.
After hanging up his sales hat in the early 2000s, Bob began investing in foreclosure properties to fix and flip for a profit. Since then he has bought and sold million-dollar spec homes in Scottsdale, apartments, land, manufactured homes and parks, notes as well as hundreds of single family residences throughout the Phoenix area.
Bob continues the tradition of helping other investors through RJ Gomez Investments. This organization includes MCGRAM Properties and Investments, LLC, the BobGomezGroup of real estate agents and McGram Funding, LLC.
